World of Warcraft Classic players think some features are bugs

World of Warcraft Classic recently launched a «small scale» closed beta for a small number of players before its direct release worldwide on August 27. Since the beta began, Blizzard apparently has received reports from players who mistakenly thought of classic features. MMO version for bugs. As a result, the studio recently released a list of «not bugs» to clear up misunderstandings.

The old server returned WoW to version 1.12 which was originally launched in 2004. To be honest, the studio has reproduced everything offered by the old version, including inconsistencies — which clearly makes some players believe it's a train. It's hard to say how many people made a mistake when the Classic didn't come out. But the amount seems to be quite large so Blizzard feels the need to run many of the actual WoW features in the «Not Bug» list posted to the Blizzard forum. The intro here rather says everything: «As we discussed earlier, the nature of WoW Classic sometimes raises different memories for different players, and this leads to certain misunderstandings for some people about what works or doesn't work as intended.»

A player said in comments posted in response to the list, «Yes people don't realize how powerful the evolution of the game system that WoW has been through since its release. I'm not the biggest fan of BoA, but I've been playing since the vanilla beta was closed, and I doubt I'll go back to classics. Leveling is painful. Experiencing this old system is enough. „
